From start to finish everyone was awesome. My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed, but needed a 3D scan due to a tooth that was right on a nerve. The office talked with insurance, state, and it was covered. I did ready the most recent negative reviews and not sure what happened with them, but I couldn't have asked for a better place to work with.

7 DAYS LATER... Woke up today first day of no pain or ache. Just a lil 1/10 ache, I had no swelling really, I felt better on day 3, Had one bleeding episode day 4 and I called and they were quick to handle my situation at like 1 in the morning lol on a WEEKEND too. Havent bled since, Other then that, Havent experienced that much pain, or problems, and I had infected wisdom teeth that were impacted for 3 years and she helped fix an issue in like 20 minutes! THE BEST DENTIST OR DENTAL SUREGON IN THE GAME RIGHT HERE. Thanks for everything @ Biemcare !!!

My son was told he needed all four wisdom teeth taken out ! Then had to come back for 300 cray but the refused to show him what nerve was on it and she said oh no Al is good ? So weeks later here we are his face swollen chest pains throwing up in emergency room cat scan, heart monitor Iv tests run doctor comes in says they left a piece of tooth in there ! He asks who did this ? We tell them he calls them come back in they call my son the lady answers say oh you will be ok we find a small piece of tooth but it’s ok my son says how is it ok iam in emergency room side of face very swollen chest hurry etc… the doctor says excuse me iam doctor … and iam right here with him ! She says oh ya ok well I can see him again and see can he see if he’s ok send me picture we do doctor says iam very concerned and he leaves the room she hangs up calls back 5 mins later oh we can see you tomorrow he s can’t cause no red ok I can see you Friday we aren’t open but I will personally come and to exam you ? Exam what you know the tooth is in there !!!!!100% don’t recommend this place !! Still on going my son better get better !!!!

I got my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday, and Biemcare and Dr. Thalia-Rae Perryman and her staff THE BEST!! First off I was so nervous to get this surgery, I was so nervous to do this surgery and Its literally nothing! Its shocking! I am on day 2, I have had no pain, it has actually surprised me, Their angels! and THE BEST at their job. I was very nervous, They made it an amazing experience for me, they helped me with my emotions before and after the operation, but better yet they fixed my crooked, impacted wisdom tooth when nobody would in 3 years!! Thank you again to the staff and Dr Thalia-Rae Perryman!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Found it near impossible to even get a consultation appointment at this office. The front desk was very inflexible in trying to work with me to get my records transferred from another office and were insistent on me paying for a scan I'd already had. They also called right before my appointment with this information leaving me no time to get my records and then turned around and told me the next appointment would me several weeks out. If you're looking for a good customer experience, I'd look elsewhere for your care.
